            How to request Submission ID for Media Shuttle

            Step
            Go to https://support.source.pbs.org/ and click on Submit a New Ticket button in the right upper corner
            Choose "Producer Submissions" from the drop down menu
            Fill in the ticket form by providing the following information:
            1. Email Address
            2. First and Last name
            3. Subject: Media Shuttle Submission ID Request for [Program Title]
            4. Tell us how this issue impacts you: I cannot perform my work
            5. Description:
              - Program Title
              - Season # if applicable
              - NOLA
            6. Submit
            The Source support team will respond to the ticket with Submission ID

            YOU ARE DONE!!!
